IBR announces the availability of Rapid Drugs of Abuse (DAU) testing.
These tests provide fast, accurate, easy to read and cost effective testing for 14 drugs and alcohol.
These tests are manufactured in the U.S.A. They are 510(k) cleared and CLIA-waived.
The tests are available in 3 different formats (all formats eliminate manual manipulation of the urine specimen)
- Single or Multiple Dip Test devices
- Drug Testing Round Cup
- Flat Panel Test Cup (the cup lies flat on a copier or scanner for easy and clear copying/scanning)
The test is rapid: 5 minutes for DAU tests, 2 minutes for alcohol and 1 minute for the adulterant test. The adulterant test screens for Nitrites, Specific Gravity, pH and Creatinine.
Sample Assessmen
- Presumptive Positive Result – a colored line appears in the Control Zone
- Negative Result – 2 colored lines visible one each in the Control Zone and the Test Zone
- Retest – No colored line appears in the Control Zone but appears in the Test Zone
DrugCheck NxScan Cups include a temperature strip and can be configured with alcohol and/or adulterant test panels.
